Between running a staffing firm, consultancy, and a realty company between the two of us, we’ve learned a thing or two about hiring the right (and wrong) support. For us. It’s never just about the obvious areas, but we’ve learned to ALSO prepare our own systems for bringing on help. This has impacted our marriage and business on the journey. The more prepared we are on the front end, the easier the process will be. Even with the most proficient team member, without the right checklist, things can go downhill very fast.
